Aims and Objectives
This workshop aimed to empower the Tuschemy Sales Team by developing greater self-awareness and understanding of others through interactive learning, reflection, discussion and affirmation.
Workshop Overview
The session opened with a reflective writing exercise in which participants described themselves, forming a foundation for identifying key personality traits throughout the workshop. Further personality and self-awareness activities, including drawing and questionnaires, encouraged open sharing, deeper insight and stronger team connection. The workshop concluded with a reflective activity designed to reinforce learning, build confidence and motivate participants to apply their growth in the workplace.
Key Insights
Collectively, the Sales Team demonstrated strong relationship-oriented traits, including compassion and empathy, alongside analytical, logical and knowledge-driven strengths.
Outcomes
For many participants, this was their first opportunity to engage meaningfully with colleagues and reflect on individual and shared contributions to the success of the sales team.
